Paul Slezak built market leading businesses in the highly competitive recruitment and advertising industries in Australia and Hong Kong before discovering his true love - developing and coaching people.

Paul is the founder of 2 dots – a boutique practice facilitating change for individuals, teams and organisations alike. His aims are simple: to help professionals 1) identify and settle upon their core career developmental objectives and plans; and 2) evolve and thrive as a direct result of the decisions they make and the actions they take to create the work environment they most desire.

Through his drive and creativity, Paul inspires passion, enthusiasm and commitment in all those with whom he comes into contact and his success to date has stemmed from his ability to influence or motivate key decision makers, executive management, clients, colleagues and team members alike. Paul also holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Sydney and subsequently a Masters from Macquarie University.
